Do you offer commission or net rates?

We provide net rates for all products, allowing you to add your own margin. Commission-based pricing can be discussed for long-term partnerships.

Are your tours suitable for all ages?

Most of our programs are suitable for a wide range of ages, but age and height requirements vary depending on the activity and safety regulations set by each supplier. High-adventure activities such as dog sledding, alpine rodel and snowmobile tours have minimum age or height limits, while cultural and nature-based experiences are generally accessible for all ages.

When you send us an enquiry, we will always advise which activities are suitable for your specific group profile and suggest alternatives if needed.

What should I bring for a winter tour?

We recommend that guests dress in warm base layers, including thermal underwear, wool socks, a warm mid-layer (such as fleece or wool) and a windproof jacket. For most activities, our suppliers provide specialist outerwear such as insulated overalls, boots, gloves and helmets when required.

Guests should bring a hat, scarf or buff, personal medication, and a small backpack for water, snacks and extra layers. For activities involving snow, ice or open fires, we also recommend durable gloves and shoes that are comfortable to walk in.

When you submit an enquiry, we will always inform you exactly what is included for your specific program and what your guests need to prepare in advance.

How far in advance should we book?

Lead times depend on season and activity capacity. Winter dates, especially December–March, require early planning due to limited availability among local suppliers.
For most programs we recommend sending requests 6–18 months in advance.
Complex itineraries, multi-day adventures or larger groups may require additional lead time.
We confirm availability only upon written enquiry and will always advise realistically based on current capacity.

What is included in your programs?

Inclusions vary by activity and supplier. We specify all inclusions clearly in each quotation, including equipment, guiding, meals, transfers and any seasonal requirements.
Only items listed in the confirmed itinerary and agreement are included. Additional services can be arranged on request during the planning phase.

Can you create tailor-made itineraries?

Yes. All itineraries are fully customised to season, capacity, group size and target market.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

Group size limits depend on the activity. During planning we advise what is realistic and safe for your specific itinerary.

Are your products suitable for FIT or only groups?
